Pranami serves as Chief Executive Officer of AMRoute, where she provides strategic leadership and overall direction for the company’s growth, global operations, and client delivery. With a strong focus on execution, operational excellence, and innovation, she leads AMRoute’s mission to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure technology solutions for modern organizations.
Pranami brings extensive experience across IT consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, and global delivery models. Under her leadership, AMRoute has developed an integrated service portfolio that includes IT staffing, managed IT services (MSP), and managed security services (MSSP), enabling clients to address technology, talent, and security needs through a single trusted partner.
As CEO, Pranami oversees AMRoute’s overseas HR functions and international operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, compliance, and operational alignment across global delivery teams. Her leadership supports scalable, cost-effective service models while maintaining high standards of quality, accountability, and client satisfaction.
She is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, expanding its U.S. and global footprint, and strengthening operational processes that support distributed teams and 24/7 service delivery. Pranami is known for her disciplined leadership style, transparent decision-making, and ability to align technology strategy with measurable business outcomes.
As the leader of a Woman-Owned Minority Business Enterprise (W/MBE), Pranami is deeply committed to fostering inclusive teams, developing global talent, and building long-term client partnerships based on trust and results.

Jay Patel
President / CFO
Jay Patel serves as President of AMRoute, bringing more than 22 years of leadership experience in operations, hospitality management, and business transformation. With a proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, Jay plays a key role in strengthening operational standards, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and driving organizational performance.
Throughout his career, Jay has demonstrated expertise in operational leadership, financial management, and process optimization. He has collaborated closely with executive teams to identify complex business requirements, evaluate market opportunities, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. His leadership has consistently delivered revenue growth while maintaining strong cost discipline.
As President of AMRoute, Jay provides oversight across business operations, client engagement, and service execution. He supports the company’s IT consulting and services strategy by ensuring technology solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with real-world business needs. His experience includes evaluating and implementing technical systems, managing project budgets, and communicating performance metrics and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Jay brings extensive experience leading and developing diverse teams, including salaried professionals, hourly staff, and contract resources. He is committed to employee development through mentoring, coaching, and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service excellence.
In addition to his technology and operations leadership, Jay has a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned and managed multiple hospitality and retail businesses. His experience includes upgrading privately owned properties to major franchise brands, completing Hotel Property Improvement Plans (PIP), and managing brand standards, compliance, and financial performance. Jay applies this owner-operator mindset to AMRoute, emphasizing accountability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Jay holds professional certifications in hospitality management and is bilingual in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. He studied Business and Finance at Salt Lake Community College.

SVP, Business Development
Hugh Farley is a senior technology executive and member of AMRoute’s management leadership team, bringing extensive experience in IT consulting, managed services, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology delivery. He plays a key role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of client engagements.
With a strong background in building and leading high-performing teams, Hugh has supported organizations across a wide range of industries, including SaaS, commercial enterprises, and complex IT environments. His expertise centers on aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
At AMRoute, Hugh contributes to the development and oversight of the firm’s integrated service offerings, including IT staffing, managed IT services, and managed security services. He is actively involved in driving service quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across both U.S. and global delivery teams.

Greg have more than 18 years of experience in IT Business Development, having worked with leading staffing and project management firms in New Jersey. I have excellent client relationships within most specialized disciplines.
I’m deeply committed to community serving as a Police Chaplain and Neighborhood Leadership Captain. in my free time, I enjoy gym, practice at shooting range, and spending quality time with my family.
